We are an independent, privately owned business, determined to grow through good reputation with our customers and partners alike. Our head office is based in The Cotswolds.

We value good service and excellent food above all and our proudest moment to date has been when customers of the Cribbs Mall Shopping Centre voted SOHO their favourite place to eat.

It is important to us not to be seen as a faceless, soul-less high street chain; our managers are encouraged to be opinionated and inventive to ensure their stores are vibrant, welcoming and local to their customers. Our staff teams are vital to our success and you can meet them here...

We like to work with partners who share our approach to great service, quality and integrity; we like to like the people we work with! We choose our partners well to ensure only the best goes into our cups and our food.

We are far from perfect, but we are working on a number of initiatives with our partners to reduce our environmental impact, from recycled and fully-compostable packaging to waste reduction and lower energy consumption.

We support a number of charitable organisations throughout the year and our teams are encouraged to support causes they feel strongly about - often locally.
