- 100% organic and Fairtrade coffee - our own roast and blend of 100% arabica beans from Central America, roasted near to the home of SOHO by Barry in the Forest of Dean.
- Sandwiches made by hand, in our kitchens, using our own recipe malthouse bread, made with Shipton Mill organic flour
- Suppliers picked because they are extra-special
- Menus changed seasonally to use the best ingredients we can
- When we talk jacket potatoes, only jumbo will do
- A little bit of what you fancy does you good - our cakes and puds are just lovely!
