SOHO Coffee Co. is a relatively small, independent coffee shop chain. From a humble position, SOHO has grown to a network of seven shops and four airport franchises, spanning the South West, Wales and West Midlands. While SOHO’s strategy does include further expansion, ex-Compass Director Penny Manuel believes that there are huge advantages to running a small-scale operation.
