SOHO COFFEE COMPLETES CENTRAL MANAGEMENT TEAM

Peter Manuel, already a consultant to SOHO Coffee, is taking on the new full time position of Operations and Facilities Controller with effect from 1st June. Peter brings with him a wealth of retail experience, having previously held senior operational management roles with Sainsbury’s and Office World.

In this new capacity, Peter will be fully responsible for the operational performance of SOHO Coffee’s seven directly managed stores as well as continuing with the role of developing the efficiency of the company’s facilities management.

Peter’s appointment completes the new SOHO Coffee central management team, working alongside Directors Chris Copner and Penny Manuel, Financial Controller Kathy Harris, Kitchen General Manager Mike Tennant and Jan van der Lely, Warehouse and Distribution Manager.
